Job Description

Responsibilities:
Experiment Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for A/B testing and develop clear hypotheses. Design well-structured experiments that isolate variables and yield statistically significant results. Implementation and Execution: Configure and implement A/B tests using appropriate testing platforms and tools. Ensure proper tracking and data collection for accurate analysis. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze test results using statistical methods to identify winning variations and understand the impact of changes. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations. Continuous Optimization: Monitor and iterate on experiments based on learnings. Identify areas for further testing and contribute to the ongoing optimization of our digital products and marketing efforts. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of experiment designs, results, and learnings. Generate regular reports that summarize experiment performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
3+ years in A/B testing or experimentation in a digital product or marketing environment. Proficiency in Optimizely A/B testing platform is a must. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Glassbox, Google Analytics). Strong statistical analysis skills. Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with user experience principles and best practices is a plus.
