Your work will include, but not be limited to: Supervise engagements and assume full responsibility for tax compliance Participating as an integral member of client engagements teams from the beginning to end - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects Reviewing or preparing tax returns for multiple business types including partnerships, C corporations, and S-corporations Develop, coordinate, and supervise projects of tax staff Performing tax research and preparing technical memorandum Analyzing ideas and strategies to deliver tax savings opportunities to clients Build and maintain client relationships and proactively interact to gather information, resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendation s for business and process improvements The qualifications. 2-5 years recent experience in public accounting Bachelor s Degree in Accounting CA, CPA, or EA will be preferred Experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for real estate companies, private equity companies, partnerships, corporations, and/or LLCs This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
