Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc). Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
