Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic US IT Delivery Manager to lead our recruitment delivery operations from our Guntur office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in US IT staffing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process for US staffing projects.
• Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to meet client requirements and SLAs.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with US market trends and recruitment practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in US IT staffing and team management.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and delivery pipelines.
