The Product range includes Bucket Elevator Chains, Reclaimer Chains, Deep Pan Conveyor Chains, Drag Chains as well as Customized Chains, precisely designed and made as per the peculiar conveying applications. Job Location: Raipur JOB DESCRIPTION: Role: The Incumbent must be a Graduate with 5 years+ of experience as MIS Coordinator or EA to Director in any Industry . Salary : Upto 45k in hand. 6 days a week 9:30am to 6:30 pm JOB DESCRIPTION managing the MD's schedule, communications, and critical business activities. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Travel: Managing the MD's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including visa/accommodation. Communication: Handling the MD's correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication. Documentation: Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the MD. Meeting Preparation: Organizing meetings and ensuring the MD is well-prepared, including preparing agendas and briefings. Administrative Support: Maintaining the MD's office systems, managing contacts, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Stakeholder Management: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Event Support.
