Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location - Noida Sector - 62

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 6:30pm to 3:30am ( U.S Shift )

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place
bench candidates
(H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to
Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementation Partners.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and clients.
Source new requirements daily and aggressively market bench consultants.
Work closely with the recruiting and account management teams to understand current client requirements.
Negotiate best rates with vendors/clients and close the positions.
Ensure prompt and regular follow-ups with consultants and clients.
Maintain strong pipeline and update internal tracking systems (like Dice, Monster, JobDiva, etc.).
Handle onboarding and documentation process once the consultant is placed.
Ensure high submission-to-interview-to-placement ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in
US IT Bench Sales Recruiting
.
Excellent understanding of
US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
and
US work visas
.
Experience with
marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and US citizen consultants
.
Strong experience in utilizing
job portals
such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Experience working in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Knowledge of ATS tools like
JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn
is a plus.
Ability to work
night shifts
aligning with US time zones.
