Good in Manual Testing

Good in automation testing

Should be good in Java + Selenium

4+ exp with only QTP means not qualified

Good to have Web Services, RESTFUL, API, backend systems, performance, security related testing experience

notfrom banking or telecom domain

Nice to have Cloud/SaaS experience

Pramati is not a great option
