Urgent Requirement || Cars24 is hiring for Telesales Associate at Kolkata (

Requirement

Relevant experience in Telesales, Outbound calling
Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers.
Handling all store operations
Assisting in physical inventory counts.
Graduate degree
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Relationship building with customers.
Processing inquiries generated through tele sales.
Responding to queries of customer and give timely support when requested.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
Assisting customers with questions & needs.
Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
Making sure that customer's paperwork is completed efficiently.
Handling high call volume.
