Department: Private Brands Job Grade: 10 Reports To: [Manager/Senior Manager Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for private label products. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues that arise. Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop new private label products that meet market demands and customer preferences. Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase the market share of private label products.
