We are a growing agency specializing in web-based applications, software development, and digital marketing. We are looking for a Upwork Bidder & Lead Generation Specialist with 6 months to 2 years of experience to help us generate high-quality leads and secure projects through freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential projects on freelance platforms.

Submit compelling bids and proposals tailored to client needs.

Engage with prospective clients and build relationships.

Track and report on lead generation performance and win rates.

Stay updated on the latest trends in software development and digital marketing to pitch effectively.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in bidding and lead generation on freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to write persuasive proposals.

Knowledge of the IT and digital marketing industry is a plus.
