• Deliver well-structured lectures aligned with UPSC syllabus.
• Teach both 

  Paper I & II

   (PSIR: Political Theory, Indian Politics, Comparative Politics, International Relations | Geography: Physical, Human, Indian & World Geography).
• Conduct 

  answer writing sessions

  , evaluate test papers, and provide personalized feedback.
• Integrate 

  current affairs

   and real-world examples into teaching.
• Mentor students, clear doubts, and track academic performance.
• Stay updated with 

  UPSC trends

   and previous year questions.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate or higher degree in 

  Political Science

   / 

  Geography

   or relevant fields.

• Prior teaching experience in UPSC domain

   is highly preferred.
• Strong command over the complete 

  UPSC syllabus

   for the subject.
• Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills.

• UPSC Mains or Interview experience

   (with PSIR/Geography Optional) will be an added advantage.

• PhD

   from a central university is a plus (optional).
