Unreal Engine Developer

You will be joining ITANT, a creative agency based in Pune, as an Unreal Engine Developer specializing in Cinematography & 3D Environment Design. The company is renowned for its work in creating films, events, concepts, audio-visual productions, and son-et-lumiere experiences, holding Limca-India-Asia Records and maintaining a uniform pan-India approach. ITANT's core focus lies in catalyzing living through innovative and impactful visual storytelling. As an Unreal Engine Developer in this role, your primary responsibility will be to create visually stunning cinematic experiences and 3D environments using Unreal Engine. You will collaborate closely with cinematographers, artists, and production teams to design high-quality visual content for film, virtual production, and immersive storytelling projects. Your tasks will include implementing real-time lighting, camera setups, and visual effects to breathe life into environments and scenes with cinematic quality, designing custom 3D assets, props, and environments while focusing on visual fidelity and performance, and working with virtual production tools to establish real-time cinematography workflows. Furthermore, you will optimize assets, shaders, and lighting for seamless performance across various platforms, integrating third-party assets, textures, and tools to enhance the production pipeline, and maintaining visual style and consistency across all cinematic content in collaboration with directors, VFX teams, and artists. Troubleshooting technical issues related to rendering, lighting, and environment design will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring you to stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine features, industry trends, and best practices related to virtual production and cinematic design. Qualified candidates for this position should possess proven experience in using Unreal Engine for cinematic production, environment design, or virtual production, proficiency in Unreal Engine's lighting, camera, and cinematic tools, experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading, strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera movement, proficiency with asset creation tools like Maya or Blender, experience in rendering pipelines, and a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics. Familiarity with virtual production tools and strong problem-solving skills are also desired attributes. Preferred qualifications include experience in virtual production or real-time cinematography workflows, familiarity with film industry standards, knowledge of post-production tools like Nuke, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, and expertise in volumetric effects, dynamic lighting, and procedural environment generation.,
