Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and train advisers/agents to sell health insurance products. - Generate business through agents in the assigned region. - Ensure regular tracking of agents' licensing and activation. - Coordinate with other departments like underwriting, claims, and operations. Preferred Candidate: - Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in agency/insurance). - Must have spent at least 1 year in the current organization. - On-field role requiring 100% sales focus. - Should own a two-wheeler.
