Sales & Business Development: Drive the sales of life insurance products. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach and generate leads. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service, leading to high customer satisfaction and retention. Strategic Planning: Contribute to and implement business strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and market penetration. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure your team adheres to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications: - Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills are essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with agents, clients, and stakeholders. - Strong Team leadership and motivation abilities with a proven track record of developing talent. - Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations is a significant advantage. - Any Master's/Bachelor's degree. - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
