Qualifications: - Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills are essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with agents, clients, and stakeholders. - Strong Team leadership and motivation abilities with a proven track record of developing talent. - Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations is a significant advantage. - Any Master's/Bachelor's degree. - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
