As the Director of Clinical BPO Solutions and Delivery in Bangalore, with over 12 years of experience, your key responsibilities will include designing and customizing comprehensive Clinical BPO solutions in CM, UM, and RPM to meet client-specific requirements. You will oversee the delivery of Clinical BPO services, ensuring adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. As a Web Methods Developer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise integration solutions. Your role will involve working with the Software AG webMethods suite, particularly utilizing web services and the enterprise service bus toolset. Expert technical knowledge and experience with enterprise system integration technologies will be crucial for success in this position. You should have experience with components such as Integration Server, Designer, UM, MWS, and Wm Deployer. Additionally, familiarity with database development technologies and platforms, including relational database design, development, and performance considerations, as well as stored procedures, will be beneficial. In this role, you will be required to perform code and configuration deployments using cross Vista. Strong skills in implementing integration solutions using methods and technologies such as web services, SOAP, JSON, REST APIs, and XML are essential for the successful execution of projects.
