UI Developer

As a UI Developer with React, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces using React. Your role will involve implementing CRUD operations for inspection requests and file uploads, collaborating with API developers for seamless front-end and back-end integration, and designing search functionalities based on user requirements. It is essential to ensure that the UI is fluid, responsive, and adheres to design specifications while being open to learning Liberty Mutual's design (FLUID). You will work on authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth flows via Azure or Ping and actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals is a key aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience as a UI Developer or in a similar role with a strong proficiency in React and front-end development. Experience with CSS frameworks, responsive design, OAuth-based authentication and authorization, preferably using Azure or Ping, is required. An understanding of data integration processes and the ability to work with XML, JSON, and delimited file formats is also essential. Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment or similar scaled agile frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary for success in this role.
