• Role Overview

  UI Developer

Software Engineer - Frontend

Major Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable and maintainable front-end code using modern frameworks like Angular or React.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into well-structured, responsive UI components.
• Work within established design systems and when needed independently create mock-ups or wireframes for new / existing components.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
• Participate in regular code reviews, team discussions and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimize front-end performance and user experience.
• Assist with integrating AI features into the UI in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Support front end CI / CD workflows and help ensure smooth deployments.
• Stay updated with front-end trends, tools and best practices.
• Manage project stakeholder expectations and issue communications on progress.
• React to shifting priorities without compromising deadlines and momentum

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with strong hands-on expertise in Angular16+, JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience with UI design systems and creating mockups or wireframes as needed.
• Understanding of front-end architecture patterns and state management.
• Familiarity with testing tools, performance optimization and debugging.
• Exposure to AI technologies or integrating AI-powered features is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and web app deployment workflows and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
