UI Developer (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API Integration)

 Job Summary 
Synechron is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UI Developer with expertise in Angular to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance front-end applications to provide seamless user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into functional, performance-driven web interfaces. Your contributions will support our mission to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet client needs and industry standards, driving efficiency and user satisfaction. Software Requirements 

Required:

Angular framework (version 8 or higher)

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

Git or other version control systems

Experience with REST API integration

Preferred:

Additional front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., RxJS, NgRx)

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and tools

Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma

 Overall Responsibilities 

Design, develop, test, and maintain Angular-based web applications that are robust, scalable, and efficient.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to define and implement features aligned with business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and development processes.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for continuous improvement.

Regularly evaluate application performance metrics and implement improvements.

Stay updated on emerging front-end development trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Support deployment activities and participate in Agile/Scrum rituals, including sprint planning and reviews.

 Technical Skills (By Category) 

Programming Languages:

Required: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular

Preferred: Additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., RxJS, NgRx)

Databases/Data Management:

Basic understanding of web service integration, REST APIs

Cloud Technologies:

Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) is a plus

Frameworks and Libraries:

Angular framework, Angular Material preferred

Development Tools and Methodologies:

Git, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD best practices, testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma)

Security Protocols:

Good practices for secure coding and data handling

 Experience Requirements 

Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on Angular-based projects

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric web applications

Experience in working within Agile development environments

Prior involvement in cross-functional project teams and stakeholder communication preferred

Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise solutions is advantageous

 Day-to-Day Activities 

Develop and maintain Angular applications, implementing new features and enhancements based on project specifications

Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing applications to improve stability and performance

Collaborate regularly with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product teams to refine application features

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Stay informed on the latest front-end and Angular trends, bringing innovative ideas to projects

 Qualifications 

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted

Professional certification in Angular or front-end development is a plus
