A tour sales manager is responsible for leading a team to sell and promote tour packages, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They develop sales strategies, manage budgets, build relationships with clients and suppliers, and analyze sales data. They also train and motivate sales staff, manage itineraries, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor travel packages and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports to management, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.
