We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Sales Agent fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and offer customised travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries from Arabic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Promote and sell international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
Understand customer travel needs and offer appropriate travel options based on budget and preferences.
Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close sales effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, airline policies, and promotions.
Coordinate with airlines, hotel partners, and internal support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in travel sales or a related field (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
