Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Travel Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting travel planning, managing hotel and transport bookings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hotel and transportation bookings based on client travel plans
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and quality service
• Maintain accurate records of documentation, bookings, and payments
• Assist the sales team in preparing customized tour packages and itineraries
• Handle guest and resolve complaints in real-time to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and service enhancement

Qualifications:

• PG or Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer proficiency
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
