Safar Yaara, a growing travel agency headquartered in Salt Lake, Kolkata, is seeking to recruit Telecaller / Travel Sales Executives to support its lead conversion and customer engagement operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective clients generated through digital campaigns, providing detailed information on tour packages (including destinations such as Darjeeling and Spiti Valley), addressing inquiries, and effectively closing sales. This position offers a fixed monthly remuneration in the range of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000, along with performance-based incentives of ₹200 to ₹500 per confirmed booking. Ideal applicants should possess strong verbal communication skills in Hindi or Bengali (English proficiency will be considered an advantage), basic smartphone literacy, and a customer-focused attitude.
