Role Overview:

The Travel Consultant (Customer Support) is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assisting with travel-related inquiries, managing bookings, and resolving issues that may arise before, during, or after their travel.

This requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Key Responsibilities:
