🚨 We’re Hiring – Travel Advisor 📍 Location: Kochi | 🕒 Full-Time 🔑 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, website, and social platforms ✅ Convert inquiries into bookings with strong product knowledge & client handling ✅ Share customized itineraries and ensure timely follow-up ✅ Coordinate with internal teams (Visa, Accounts, Ticketing) post-booking ✅ Maintain client relationships and ensure a 5-star service experience ✅ Collect feedback, encourage reviews, and upsell for repeat business ✅ Maintain accurate lead tracking & daily reporting 🎯 Requirements: * 1+ year experience in travel or B2C sales preferred * Strong communication & negotiation skills * Customer-focused with a passion for sales * Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business & CRM tools 📈 Perks: * Incentives on targets * Friendly team & growth opportunities * Exposure to international tour operations
