Job Role:
1. Interact and engage with client-side stakeholders toa. Understand expectationsb. Collect feedbackc. Build relationshipsd. Grow the transaction volume.2. Strengthen Ground teams (from scratch if required) by being hands-on with sourcing and recruiting activities3. Design, Build, and Operate MIS for the operations. This might include both quantitative and qualitative data not limited to the above-mentioned KPIs.4. Regular data tracking and audits ofa. regulatory complianceb. Supplier performancec. And other KPIs5. Manage the entire end-to-end life cycle of all transport service requirements.6. Developing and implementing transportation policies and procedures.7. Analysing transportation data to identify areas for improvement.8. Resolving transportation-related issues and complaints.9. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.10. Network with peers and generate new business opportunities
