Job Description

We are seeking an ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to provide support for Casual Freelancing tasks in your area. If you are interested in contractual work, you will be compensated based on hourly or daily/half-day rates. Tasks will be assigned based on your location, and you can address them according to your availability, including weekdays and weekends. The responsibilities will include L1 & L2 IT/Networking tasks such as desktop support, hardware installation and replacement for Server/Rack parts (e.g., Hard disk drives), and on-site assistance for remote support (e.g., console access for Router/Switch/Firewall). The ideal candidate should possess the following base skill set: - Proficiency in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and Support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms. - Professional training and certification in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration, with a focus on utilizing programming techniques for various initiative activities. - Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, troubleshooting wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting. - Technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.,
