As a Senior Network Engineer/Consultant at BitStick Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include designing and managing enterprise-level network infrastructures, configuring wireless networks using cutting-edge technologies such as Aruba, Fortinet, and Meraki, conducting network assessments and audits, providing expert consultation on network design best practices, troubleshooting complex network issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated IT solutions aligned with client objectives. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on Cisco routing and switching, have proven expertise in wireless technologies and solutions, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Having Cisco certifications like CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent would be highly desirable, and experience with network security and firewall solutions is a plus.
