Title Senior AEM Solutions Architect

As a skilled professional in AEM development, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your responsibilities will include designing and developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems. You will have the opportunity to customize and extend AEM functionalities to meet specific client needs, working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure engaging and user-friendly interfaces. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing the performance of AEM applications, focusing on fast loading times and delivering an exceptional user experience. You will actively participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices while troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to AEM applications. Keeping yourself updated on the latest developments in AEM and associated technologies will be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM development. Proficiency in the Java programming language and related technologies such as JSP, servlets, and Spring is essential. Your demonstrated experience in developing AEM components, templates, and workflows will be highly valued, as well as your familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities are also required. The role demands the capability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Possessing an Adobe certification in AEM would be advantageous for this position.
