You have a great opportunity to join the growing team at Oasis Laboratories, a pharma manufacturing company in Dehradun. We are currently looking for talented professionals to fill the following roles: Senior Accountant (10+ Years of Experience): Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial laws, implementing internal controls, and optimizing financial processes. Collaboration with auditors and regulatory bodies is also a key aspect of this role. Human Resource Manager (5+ Years of Experience): As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. This role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will also drive performance management and training initiatives while fostering a positive work culture and resolving employee grievances.
