Odmantis Pvt Ltd, a leading IT company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, and be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management team. - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handle incoming communication and correspondence in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. - Organize and maintain files and records. - Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials. - Assist with personal tasks as required by the executive team. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (verbal and written). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. - Prior experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
