Title Oracle HCM

You are an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) / Talent Acquisition Product & Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module. Your role involves deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud's recruiting capabilities and a strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure a streamlined, efficient, and compliant hiring experience. Your responsibilities include serving as the functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), leading solution design, configuration, and deployment efforts. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle ORC configurations and workflows. Additionally, you will configure and maintain recruitment processes, manage integrations with various systems, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and support testing cycles. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, including a minimum of 2 years specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). You should possess strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes, experience with ORC components configuration, familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential. Having an Oracle Cloud certification in Talent Acquisition/ORC is preferred. Continuous learning and staying informed of Oracle product updates and roadmaps is crucial to assess their impact on business processes. Your role will involve providing post-implementation support, delivering training sessions, and implementing enhancements based on user feedback.
