Title Growth Marketing Manager - CRM

As a CRM & Retention Marketing Manager at Rupicard, a fintech startup based in Bengaluru, your primary focus will be on driving customer acquisition and optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Your role will be instrumental in growing the user base and enhancing customer engagement across all digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to deeply understand user journeys, in-app marketing, and customer relationship management across various digital media channels. Your responsibilities will include managing CRM across all touchpoints, building lifecycle journeys, designing effective campaign strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and optimization. You will be responsible for creating and managing acquisition funnels, designing innovative campaigns to maximize conversions, and owning the CRM calendar to drive engagement and revenue growth. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, brand-aligned content across digital platforms, leveraging data-backed insights to predict customer journeys and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV). Working closely with creative and marketing teams, you will test strategies and innovations to ensure high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for creative assets. Collaboration with the design and product teams will be essential to create and optimize campaigns, refine messaging, and value propositions based on customer feedback. You will also be involved in building internal reporting systems, optimizing vendor costs, and running campaigns with efficient Return on Investment (ROI). With 3-6 years of relevant experience and extensive knowledge of Facebook and Google ad tools, you will have the opportunity to drive growth for fintech products and effectively communicate with "Bharat" users.
