Title Customer Support

You will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming phone calls and generating sales leads. Your main goal will be to identify and assess customers" needs in order to achieve satisfaction. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication is crucial. You will need to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets along with call handling quotas is an essential part of the role. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits, and following up to ensure resolution are key responsibilities. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents will also be part of your daily tasks. It is important to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while always going the extra mile to engage customers effectively.
