In this role, you are required to have proficiency in timekeeping systems and software, strong organizational and record-keeping skills, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, basic understanding of labor laws and regulations, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role or in the manufacturing industry is advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are considered a plus.,
