Therapy Business Manager- GI Optima- Rajahmundry

The core job responsibilities include achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting company products ethically to customers according to the business plan. It is essential to ensure Doctor/Customer Call average as per the customer management plan of the division. Additionally, organizing Camps (CME) based on the division strategy and customer needs is a crucial part of the role. Facilitating the process of a successful new product launch and updating customer lists as per the therapy and product of the division are also key responsibilities. Ensuring Ipad adoption as per division norms and adherence to CLM calls is essential. In terms of brand management, the job involves conducting a prescription audit for Abbott brands and other competitors" brands. Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan is also a significant aspect of the role. The required experience for this position includes a BSc/B. Pharm or any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. Preferred experience would be a candidate with prior or current experience in the same therapy. Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages. Excellent communication skills and confidence in communication are desirable qualities for this role.,
