Job Description

Perform routine testing of MV Panels according to relevant IEC & IS standards, product checklists, quality code book, and customer requirements to ensure the best quality product.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during routine testing of panels.
Work according to LEAN principles and suggest improvements to eliminate waste.
Understand SLD, Standard Schematic, and Electrical drawings of switchgears.
Gain knowledge of electrical protection systems and protection relays.
Provide feedback to the concerned supervisor regarding drawing-related issues.
Adhere to EHS guidelines during electrical/mechanical testing.
Ensure readiness of the panels before customer inspections.
Participate in and demonstrate FATs tests to customers.

Qualification

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing and testing AIS switchgear products.

Skills

Strong business communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Solid understanding of EHS guidelines to be followed during electrical/mechanical testing.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, flexible, assertive, and high in ethics.
