Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Bihar. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include customer service, providing training to sales staff, and overseeing sales management. The role requires regular travel within the territory.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in providing effective Training to sales teams
Excellent ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
