Job Description You will be joining PrRaHi Agarbatti as a Territory Sales Manager, a full-time, on-site role located in Bongaigaon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within your designated area. Your primary tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing training to sales teams. Effective communication with clients, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure brand presence and product visibility will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong communication and customer service skills. With at least 8/10 years of experience in Sales and Distribution Management, you should be adept at providing effective training to sales teams. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in the FMCG sector is a must, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be preferred.
