Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive growth and expansion of direct sales for molecular diagnostic equipment and reagents in the assigned territory.
Build and manage customer relationships with clinical laboratories and hospitals.
Conduct product presentations and deliver customized solutions based on client needs.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and cold calling.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and monitor progress through status reports and CRM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Application, Product, Regulatory) for successful execution.
Provide market insights, including competitor activities and customer trends.
Stay updated on relevant promotional trends and feedback-driven improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field. (MBA in Business Administration is preferred)

Preferred Experience: *Candidates living in Jaipur, Rajasthan will be preferred.

● 8–10 years of experience in sales of molecular diagnostics products.

● Existing network with key opinion leaders and strong understanding of clinical diagnostics market.
