Tennis Coach

• Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular tennis coaching sessions for students from Grades 3 to 10 (or as assigned).
• Teach fundamental and advanced tennis skills, rules, and game strategies.
• Identify individual student strengths and areas for improvement and provide personalized guidance.
• Organize practice matches, inter-house events, and participate in inter-school tournaments.
• Prepare students physically and mentally for competitions through planned training routines.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and sportsmanship during all sessions.
• Ensure tennis equipment and the school tennis court are maintained in good condition.
• Collaborate with the Physical Education Department for event planning and student assessments.
• Maintain attendance, performance logs, and submit periodic reports to school management.
• Encourage participation, team spirit, and a balanced approach to academics and sports.

• Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification in Tennis Coaching from a recognized sports authority (e.g., AITA, ITF).
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in a school or academy setup.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate students and handle different age groups with patience and discipline.
• Knowledge of tournament rules and safety procedures.
