The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various IT technologies, hiring cycles, and vendor coordination, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract and C2H positions from job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Interact with clients or account managers to understand technical requirements, job roles, and priorities. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates. Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates as per client budget and expectations. Maintain pipelines and ensure timely closures on open positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors for quick turnarounds. Keep updated documentation of submissions, interviews, and closures using ATS or Excel trackers. Required Skills: Proven experience in domestic IT recruitment (contract and C2H). Strong knowledge of technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc. Familiarity with portals like Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, LinkedIn, etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
