Key Responsibilities: Reach out to existing and potential customers via phone Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently Follow-up with customers and maintain strong communication Daily leads from Facebook and Google will be provided by the company Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi And Basic English Prior experience in a skin & hair care clinic is preferred Ability to handle and convert leads effectively Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus Why Join Us?
