Telecaller We are looking for a female candidate for automobile dealership at Mowa and Tatibandh, Raipur who have experience in telesales/telecalling, fresher can also apply. Roles and Responsibilities : · Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services. · She is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. · Update and maintain accurate customer records in our database. · Follow-up with customers post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. · Record customer queries and complaints. Skills & requirements : Ø Any Graduate Ø Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling. Ø Very good communication skills. Ø Ready to join immediately. Ø MS-office.
