Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, and generating leads or closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Generate leads and follow up on prospects via phone or email. Maintain a database of customer information and update call records. Explain products/services clearly and address any questions or concerns. Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team (if applicable). Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
