Job Summary: We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to promote personal and business loans to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, explain loan products, and generate quality leads. If you have excellent communication and convincing skills – we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain personal and business loan products and eligibility Convince customers to apply and generate qualified leads Follow up with interested leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email Maintain daily records of calls and lead conversions Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead closure Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets Requirements: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, polite, and persuasive attitude Basic computer skills (for data entry & CRM usage) Experience in loan/insurance/telecalling is a plus Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome Job Benefits: Fixed salary + Unlimited performance-based incentives On-the-job training provided Huge career growth opportunity in financial sector Friendly and supportive work environment Day shift | Office-based job
