Job description :
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making cold calls, working closely with Sales Account Manager and BDM, generating interest, qualifying prospects, follow ups and closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Contacting customers via phone, email, instant messaging and in-person to make salesMeeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsHandling customer queries and concerns and taking appropriate action to follow-upPreparing and sending quotes and proposals to clientsManaging the sales process through our database CRMEffective record-keeping of client interactions and activities on CRMParticipating in sales team meetings and training, as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
