Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections professionally and close sales. Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale. Maintain knowledge of company products/services and stay updated on industry trends.
