Job Description

Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients. Explain products/services clearly and confidently to potential customers. Handle client queries effectively and professionally. Share detailed information and offers with clients via WhatsApp and other communication tools. Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales in the Excel. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Requirement:- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi]. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support is preferred. Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and professionally. Confident, persuasive, and able to close deals over the phone. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong organizational and time management skills.
