Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel and Tour Operator to work in our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide travel information, options, and recommendations
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, travel trends, and company products
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
