Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote financial products and services.
• Explain product details, benefits, and features to customers to generate interest.
• Schedule appointments for sales teams with interested prospects.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines of the BFSI industry.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC/Graduate degree (Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (BFSI experience preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients.
• Basic knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, loans, etc., is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
